+ I would like to send a robe as a gift. How do I do this and is there an additional charge?

At checkout, after selecting your details, you will see an option to include a Gift Message. There is no charge for this and we will avoid disclosing the price on all documentation

+ Do you offer any discounts if I buy 2 or more robes?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount on orders of 2 or more. Please use discount code 'Ponch1' at checkout

+ Can you arrange custom sizes or our own brand with logo?

Yes, we are currently processing requests for a local Swimming club as well as a Rugby club. A minimum order will apply, but this will depend on the colours selected. Lead time is usually 6-8 weeks. Please get in touch with us at info@ponch.co.uk for more information

+ I had a problem with the zip on my last robe, Are your zips the same?

No, we are using the best on the market YKK zips, which we have found to be the most durable and very smooth gliding.

+ When will my order be despatched and can I track it?

Our aim is to despatch all orders received before 1pm weekdays the same day. Our preferred courier is Ups and yes, we will supply a tracking number once your order is despatched.

+ I plan on using my robe as a jacket, rather than a changing robe. I am unsure which size I should go with?

On our Shop page, we have included an accurate sizeguide. Please ensure you check this before purchase.

+ I have ordered the wrong size, may I exchange it for a smaller size?

Yes, we offer a 28 days exchange option. Please use our Exchange/Returns Form, quoting your order number and new size required in your message. We will arrange collection of your robe, then on receipt, send out your new jacket at no additional cost.

+ How can I wash my jacket?

Our jackets are machine washable at 30 degrees, but this is not recommended for regular washes. Please wash turning you garment inside out to avoid any damage to the embroidery or zips and likewise your machine
